"Never trust a man in a wheel chair with dirty shoes..."

New shoes are wonderful things, but there are certain steps i follow before i present a good pair of new shoes to the public...
If its heels, i admit i wear them around the house a bit just to break them in.
But for flat shoes, whether its sneakers, boots or lace-ups, i actually try to get them muddy.
You may think its weird, but i love keeping my heels spotless and perfect, but hate it when my flat, more casual, shoes are shiny and new.
And then along came my new shoes from Hannahs, flat creme suede lace-ups, WITH dirt already on them. At first i was unsure, do i really want shoes that look like they have already been worn? but i must admit the idea of pre-dirtified shoes is growing on me...
