The many hats a blogger wears, and the many things you can do instead of assignments...

"You're telling the story, creating the sets, doing the lighting, the designing, and establishing the pace."
Bill Sienkiewicz

I thought this quote paralleled the life of a fashion blogger a bit, we take on and do so many roles to create our content,
some of the time even all of them. Photographer, director, producer, assistant, stylist, makeup artist, hair dresser, editor,
writer... Ellen and I often joke about how one of the 'team' let us down i.e. assistant with the scheduling issues; they
should have known that Tara would have procrastinated on writing her lab report and probably shouldn't plan to do a
post that night. I think I'm going to have to give her a talking to!
We took these photos quickly one morning before I headed off to work, hence the slightly more business-like attire
and more hair and makeup then I would normally wear during the week.

nail polish - Butter London 'Thames'
rings - Lovisa, Karen Walker (star)
shirt, skirt - glassons
necklace c/o jollychic
shoes - novo

I should get back to finishing off that lab report! How many of you fellow bloggers often find yourself blogging when you need
to do something else, but when you have the time feeling uninspired?

Your procrastination queen,

  4. Love the blouse, so pretty! And I'm the same with my blogging, whenever I set aside "blog time" I end up distracted and when I'm not meant to be blogging I end up posting!!
